Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years as a Social Media Manager for a DTC/Shopify/e-commerce brand
- Exceptional familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CMS, and social media tools
- Professional fluency in English
- Ability to work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, in any US time zone
- Experience working the overnight/graveyard shift
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns and schedules from scratch
- Brainstorm and create/design outstanding content (images, videos/reels, written)
- Create and implement a content calendar including giveaways and collaborations
- Track and measure key social media KPIs and provide reports
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing and analytics
- Provide community management by engaging with the audience
- Stay updated with trends and emerging technologies
- Monitor and analyze competitor activity
