Requirements
- Proven experience in automation engineering or a similar operational-technical role.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade no-code/low-code automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering for production contexts.
- API integration skills (REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware).
- Strong process thinking ability to map and design business processes.
- Solid communication skills to bridge technical capabilities and business language.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and iterate on internal AI agents using enterprise-grade no-code/low-code agentic workflow platforms.
- Implement agents across multiple business functions, including Support, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales.
- Define agent behaviors, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Analyze internal data sources to extract insights for agent optimization.
- Evaluate and own the company's agentic workflow platform foundation.
- Integrate agents with existing tools (CRM, ticketing systems, ERP, etc.) via APIs, webhooks, and native connectors.
- Manage prompt engineering, LLM selection, and model configuration.
- Create templates, playbooks, and documentation for departmental use.
- Establish governance frameworks including monitoring, logging, and QA.
- Train internal teams on agent interaction and supervision.
