Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing a quota-carrying sales team in SaaS.
  • Track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales representatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience selling to IT teams within SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of inbound metrics and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach or similar technologies.
  • Experience managing teams through organizational change.
  • Expertise in methodologies such as MEDDICC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 8-10 BDRs and Account Executives focused on the SMB/Commercial market.
  • Meet and exceed company targets for new logos and annual recurring revenue.
  • Recruit, attract, and retain top sales talent.
  • Leverage a technology stack (SFDC, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) to convert pipeline.
  • Forecast ARR on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement for onboarding and career development.
  • Provide coaching and support to drive a repeatable sales process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and remove roadblocks.
  • Work with leadership on quarterly objective planning.
