Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or HR technology
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of ownership and autonomy
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Workspace
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Financial Advisory, Education, Customer Success, and AI teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of key programs
- Manage committee operations, including agenda planning, meeting facilitation, documentation, and follow-up
- Own project tracking and accountability, ensuring tasks are clearly assigned, deadlines are met, and progress is communicated to stakeholders
- Oversee global education content workflows, including distribution, tracking, and completion of content reviews and updates
- Support advisor network operations, including onboarding coordination, system setup, and ongoing administrative support
- Coordinate webinar execution, including scheduling, logistics, stakeholder communication, and readiness
- Identify and implement workflow improvements by leveraging project management tools and AI
