Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- 4+ years in a sales leadership role managing teams selling complex, high-value solutions
- Deep familiarity with the pharma/life sciences industry
- Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams
- Consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets
- Demonstrated experience managing renewal cycles and expansion motions within large enterprise accounts
- Strong executive presence and comfortable engaging at the C-suite level
- Builder's mindset with experience creating structure and developing talent
- Excellent forecasting discipline and experience driving strong CRM hygiene
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers.
- Build and execute a new logo strategy across a defined set of target enterprise pharma accounts.
- Orchestrate a structured renewal management process that improves renewal rates.
- Partner with Customer Success to monitor customer health signals and maintain revenue retention.
- Establish processes to identify account whitespace and enable outbound prospecting for upsell and cross-sell.
- Provide deal guidance and executive sponsorship on complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Represent H1 at industry events and customer meetings.
- Partner with Product to surface market feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
- Support Revenue Operations with forecasting, territory and revenue planning, and sales performance analytics.
