Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer implementation projects from Kick-Off to Go-Live
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans and status reports
- Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into product configurations
- Train customers on software use, best practices, and workflow optimization
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the implementation process
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet project milestones
- Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to Customer Success
