Requirements

  • At least 90 days of service remaining before official separation
  • Approval or in process of obtaining approval from unit or command to participate in SkillBridge
  • Experience in military recruiting, operations, personnel, or training roles
  • Eager to develop skills in program management and workforce strategy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a remote team environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify workforce challenges and build solutions
  • Help develop veteran hiring and retention strategies
  • Support the creation and delivery of employer training workshops
  • Coordinate timelines, track milestones, and execute deliverables
  • Lead communication between BufferSprings staff and employer stakeholders
  • Analyze data to identify trends and track engagement
  • Assist in reporting program value and ROI
  • Manage client interactions and tasks within a CRM
