Requirements
- Currently serving on active duty in the U.S. military
- At least 90 days of service remaining before official separation
- Approval or in process of obtaining approval from unit or command to participate in SkillBridge
- Experience in military recruiting, operations, personnel, or training roles
- Eager to develop skills in program management and workforce strategy
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently in a remote team environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify workforce challenges and build solutions
- Help develop veteran hiring and retention strategies
- Support the creation and delivery of employer training workshops
- Coordinate timelines, track milestones, and execute deliverables
- Lead communication between BufferSprings staff and employer stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends and track engagement
- Assist in reporting program value and ROI
- Manage client interactions and tasks within a CRM
