Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee, and grow a team of high-performing product designers
- Promote best practices in UX and UI, interaction design, and visual design
- Define and align designers on a Design System
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Initiate and support discovery initiatives for new features
- Promote informed decision-making using research
- Deliver quality user experiences across web and mobile
- Drive standards for design excellence
- Work with leadership to deliver effective work
