Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in production web application development.
- 2+ years of experience at a senior level making architectural decisions.
- Production-level experience with Python (FastAPI or Flask, SQLAlchemy).
- Production-level experience with React (hooks, context, TypeScript, Tailwind).
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications.
- Experience with ML model serving tools like MLflow or SageMaker.
- Experience building or maintaining systems using Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in designing PostgreSQL schemas and using Redis caching strategies.
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features using Python/FastAPI and React 19/TypeScript.
- Architect and maintain shared platform core including authentication, RBAC, and AI orchestration.
- Integrate LLM APIs like Anthropic Claude into production workflows.
- Build and maintain Kafka-based event-driven integrations.
- Design relational schemas in PostgreSQL and manage Redis caching.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for ERP and data warehouse integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Present technical trade-offs and project progress to executive leadership.
