Requirements
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in a specialized data science, BI, or analytics role within healthcare.
- Deep practical experience with at least two of: Oracle SCM, Oracle Procurement, or Oracle RCM (EBS or Fusion).
- Expert-level SQL skills for complex database querying.
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Experience developing advanced visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience working with large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data validation frameworks for healthcare operations.
- Develop monitoring tools to detect anomalies and ensure regulatory and financial compliance.
- Validate the link between inventory consumption and patient billing to prevent revenue leakage.
- Perform root cause analysis on Oracle system configuration errors.
- Define and institutionalize operational metrics like inventory accuracy and procurement compliance.
- Develop and maintain operational reports and interactive dashboards for leadership.
- Build predictive models for inventory demand volatility and revenue cycle forecasting.
- Serve as technical data expert bridging business needs and Oracle data structures.
