Responsibilities
- Manage emails, calendars, and CRM systems.
- Assist in document preparation and organization for real estate transactions.
- Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator and run reports.
- Handle post-sale client follow-ups via email.
- Ensure ongoing client engagement through organized communications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Oversee and update client data in the CRM.
- Segment client data for targeted email marketing.
