  • Collaborate with the Transaction Coordinator and run reports.
  • Handle post-sale client follow-ups via email.
  • Ensure ongoing client engagement through organized communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Oversee and update client data in the CRM.
  • Segment client data for targeted email marketing.
