Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, business development, or similar
  • Demonstrated motivation for outbound and direct customer contact
  • High energy, self-discipline, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and interest-sparking skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Interest in healthcare and digital software solutions
  • Very good command of German language
  • English language skills are an advantage
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in SaaS or software sales
  • Nice-to-have: Experience in the outpatient healthcare market
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target medical practices and outpatient facilities
  • Perform active outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs
  • Build trust and initial relationships with decision-makers
  • Schedule and prepare high-quality initial discovery calls
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop opportunities
  • Maintain and structure the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and target group strategy
  • Contribute to building a scalable outbound sales setup
