- Initial experience in sales, business development, or similar

- Strong communication and interest-sparking skills
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Interest in healthcare and digital software solutions
- Very good command of German language
- English language skills are an advantage
- Nice-to-have: Experience in SaaS or software sales
- Nice-to-have: Experience in the outpatient healthcare market
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho)
Responsibilities
- Identify and target medical practices and outpatient facilities
- Perform active outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and assess customer needs
- Build trust and initial relationships with decision-makers
- Schedule and prepare high-quality initial discovery calls
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop opportunities
- Maintain and structure the sales pipeline in Zoho CRM
- Continuously improve outreach messaging and target group strategy
- Contribute to building a scalable outbound sales setup
