Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, production management, supply chain, or related enterprise roles.
- Experience with production reporting, quality assurance, FDA/USDA compliance, or S&OP.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools like SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Siemens Opcenter, or Rockwell FactoryTalk.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills.
- Ability to translate workflows into clear, structured task documentation.
- Degree in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial engineering, business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Review manufacturing scenarios involving production reports, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Evaluate production materials against source records and defined quality standards.
- Support structured review of manufacturing dashboards and cross-functional workflow materials.
- Identify missing information, documentation gaps, and process inconsistencies.
- Review supply chain scenarios involving S&OP decks, supplier scorecards, BOMs, and procurement materials.
- Prepare clear written explanations for supply chain and manufacturing decisions.
- Review consumer goods scenarios involving brand P&L models, product development, packaging, and quality records.
