Requirements
- Senior/Lead level expertise in backend and architecture
- Experience shipping production software
- Knowledge of failure modes (retries, idempotency, consistency, race conditions)
- Experience with queues and eventing systems
- Strong focus on observability and logging
- Expertise in integration, E2E, and regression testing
- Experience with Python/FastAPI, Postgres, and Docker
- Experience with OIDC/SSO and API integrations
Responsibilities
- Design architecture and minimal service contracts (API/Events) for MVP
- Define matter-ID/data model including mapping rules and idempotency keys
- Implement workflow layer: retries/backoff, dead-letter, replay, dedup
- Design security/SSO, role-based permissions, and secrets management
- Establish audit trail using correlation IDs and tracing
- Develop CI-ready QA gates for E2E/regression testing
