Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in front-facing Customer Success or Client Strategy roles
  • Direct experience in DTC e-Commerce, SaaS or other B2B industries
  • Experience managing performance analytics, SEO audits, website projects, and marketing plans
  • Proven track record of maintaining high retention rates and growing existing accounts
  • C2 English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
  • Data-driven approach to account management
  • Ability to use CRM tools effectively
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter

Responsibilities

  • Proactively nurture and deepen relationships with key clients
  • Develop and implement tailored success plans
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Review account health metrics and usage patterns
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing departments
