Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in front-facing Customer Success or Client Strategy roles
- Direct experience in DTC e-Commerce, SaaS or other B2B industries
- Experience managing performance analytics, SEO audits, website projects, and marketing plans
- Proven track record of maintaining high retention rates and growing existing accounts
- C2 English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Data-driven approach to account management
- Ability to use CRM tools effectively
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter
Responsibilities
- Proactively nurture and deepen relationships with key clients
- Develop and implement tailored success plans
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling
- Review account health metrics and usage patterns
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing departments
