Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of customer support experience.
- Experience within an Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) company.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Familiarity with merge tags in Microsoft Office applications (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build trust with customers through prompt and positive communication.
- Resolve technical issues via email, phone, or chat.
- Guide customers through platform features and best practices.
- Advocate for customer needs by communicating with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Assist in customer database setup and template creation.
- Maintain and update knowledge base and help resources.
