Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with merge tags in Microsoft Office applications (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Build trust with customers through prompt and positive communication.
  • Resolve technical issues via email, phone, or chat.
  • Guide customers through platform features and best practices.
  • Advocate for customer needs by communicating with Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
  • Assist in customer database setup and template creation.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and help resources.
