- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulatory requirements, and industry challenges.
- Strong technical expertise in pharmaceutical industry software and platforms.
- Proven ability in designing custom solution architectures.
- Advanced analytical skills for data interpretation.
- Strategic thinking ability to align solutions with long-term goals.
- Strong problem-solving, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client pain points, tech stacks, and compliance requirements.
- Design tailored configurations, integration approaches, and implementation paths.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations using storytelling tailored to the client's industry.
- Manage Proof of Concept (PoC) criteria, scope, and technical implementation.
- Build ROI models, TCO calculations, and business cases.
- Prepare technical sections for RFP/RFI proposals.
- Communicate critical requirements and market gaps to product and development teams.
