Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare IT or SaaS.
- Track record of exceeding targets selling into health systems.
- Strong understanding of the acute care environment (Revenue Cycle, Finance, operational workflows).
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close net new business in complex sales cycles.
- Experience selling to executive stakeholders (CFO, SVP/CRO Revenue Cycle, VP Finance).
- Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility.
- Highly organized with pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
- Experience working within a CRM, specifically Salesforce.
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Generate pipeline with health system CFOs, Revenue Cycle, and Finance leadership.
- Manage complex sales cycles from outreach to close.
- Develop account strategy, identifying decision-makers and champions.
- Partner with CRO on negotiations, contracting, and closing.
- Maintain executive relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive pipeline discipline and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
- Partner with Customer Success on onboarding and expansion.
- Improve sales cycle efficiency and engagement motion.
