Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare IT or SaaS.
  • Track record of exceeding targets selling into health systems.
  • Strong understanding of the acute care environment (Revenue Cycle, Finance, operational workflows).
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close net new business in complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to executive stakeholders (CFO, SVP/CRO Revenue Cycle, VP Finance).
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility.
  • Highly organized with pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Experience working within a CRM, specifically Salesforce.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline with health system CFOs, Revenue Cycle, and Finance leadership.
  • Manage complex sales cycles from outreach to close.
  • Develop account strategy, identifying decision-makers and champions.
  • Partner with CRO on negotiations, contracting, and closing.
  • Maintain executive relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive pipeline discipline and maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
  • Partner with Customer Success on onboarding and expansion.
  • Improve sales cycle efficiency and engagement motion.
