Requirements

  • Product management or live operations experience in the games industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a live service content calendar and meeting engagement or commercial KPIs.
  • Experience working on PC or console titles.
  • Understanding of premium PC and console live service differences versus free-to-play models.
  • Analytical capability, including comfort with product dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across development, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Strong communication skills with experience briefing stakeholders.
  • Organized, delivery-focused approach to managing multiple workstreams and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the live service content roadmap for the HLL franchise.
  • Define and manage the content calendar including maps, updates, seasonal events, and DLC drops.
  • Prioritize product backlogs across new features, content, and technical improvements.
  • Define, track, and report on core live service KPIs such as DAU, MAU, retention, and session length.
  • Build and own a structured community feedback loop from Steam, Discord, and Reddit.
  • Own the monetization approach for the HLL franchise, including cosmetics and DLC.
  • Lead live readiness processes, including go/no-go criteria and risk assessment.
  • Drive retrospectives after major content releases to capture learnings for future planning.
