  • Deep and thorough understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry.
  • Digital marketing acumen and experience leading integrated agency teams.
  • Demonstrated success developing relationships with senior-level client management.
  • Digital and multi-channel marketing experience.
  • Experience in new business initiatives including planning and pitch presentations.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • 12+ years of Brand AOR account experience.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience (unbranded, disease awareness, patient marketing and education).
  • 5+ years of leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Hands-on proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • BA/BS degree.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the client’s business within the agency.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships.
  • Lead agency teams in annual brand planning.
  • Direct and motivate Account Supervisors and Senior Account Executives.
  • Manage and monitor account financial performance, including group productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with creative team to initiate, develop, and produce the best possible creative product.
  • Identify and participate in the development of new business opportunities.
