Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS or CyberSecurity.
  • Expertise in Apache, AWS, and Nginx.
  • Experience with CDNs such as Akamai, CloudFlare, and Fastly.
  • In-depth knowledge of WAFs and HTTP protocol.
  • Understanding of website hosting, mobile app architecture, and OSI layers.
  • Ability to prioritize, structure, and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with Kibana and Elasticsearch (bonus).
  • Familiarity with agentic or AI-assisted configuration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer conversations as a technical expert during onboarding and implementation.
  • Proactively educate customers on daily solution usage.
  • Manage customer projects for integrations, optimizations, and technical initiatives.
  • Lead technical committees with clients to track progress and identify risks.
  • Respond to technical questions and resolve issues.
  • Proactively monitor customer health from a technical perspective.
  • Participate in scheduled on-call rotations for escalations and incidents.
