Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of product design experience.
- Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI-powered experiences.
- Experience designing for non-deterministic systems.
- Strong UX craft and ability to map complex workflows and edge cases.
- Advanced visual and interaction design skills.
- Proactive communication skills for articulating design decisions.
- Experience working with established design systems.
- Ability to prototype and work closely with front-end implementation.
- 0 to 1 product development mindset.
Responsibilities
- Shape and ship AI-native product experiences for managers, employees, and HR leaders.
- Design and prototype new AI surfaces within the Lattice platform.
- Collaborate with engineering to fine-tune AI outputs, voice, tone, and personas.
- Work across multiple personas and integrate AI patterns into a cohesive system.
- Drive discovery and synthesis for experimental product features.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build, test, and ship high-quality features.
- Design for non-deterministic AI systems including trust, hallucination handling, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
