Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience supervising or managing teams is critical.
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.

- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of Case Handling and File Review to ensure timely processing.
- Provide guidance on assignment and process handling.
- Conduct monthly staff audits to ensure goals are met.
- Train new team members on workflow and client requirements.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings for progress and feedback.
- Participate in writing staff reviews and provide hiring/firing input.
- Provide frequent case updates to clients.
- Respond to client questions and ensure proper documentation for complex cases.
