Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience supervising or managing teams is critical.
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Understanding of company business lines.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of Case Handling and File Review to ensure timely processing.
  • Provide guidance on assignment and process handling.
  • Conduct monthly staff audits to ensure goals are met.
  • Train new team members on workflow and client requirements.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings for progress and feedback.
  • Participate in writing staff reviews and provide hiring/firing input.
  • Provide frequent case updates to clients.
  • Respond to client questions and ensure proper documentation for complex cases.
