Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program.
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as assigned.
- 3+ years teaching experience preferred.
- 2+ years online teaching experience preferred.
- Ability to pass required background checks.
- Strong interpersonal skills for clear, empathetic communication.
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, LMS, and task tools like Asana.
- High level of self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

- Guide learners through the curriculum with clarity and passion.
- Monitor engagement and progress; launch personalized interventions.
- Deliver timely grading and meaningful feedback.
- Maintain precise, actionable records of progress and interventions.
- Collaborate enthusiastically with peers and leaders.
- Engage fully in professional development, meetings, and training.
- Teach faithfully within the assigned curriculum and pacing.
- Lead live sessions using provided content.
- Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel.
