Requirements
- 4+ years in video production with real project management ownership
- Proven experience managing freelancers or external production partners
- Sharp budgeting and scheduling instincts
- Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- End-to-end production knowledge from pre-production through post
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive video projects from concept through delivery including timelines, milestones, and logistics
- Build and manage production budgets
- Coordinate shoots end-to-end including locations, schedules, equipment, and talent
- Research, onboard, and manage freelance talent such as videographers, editors, and motion designers
- Perform hands-on editing, color correction, basic sound mixing, and motion graphics
- Manage asset delivery across social, web, broadcast, and internal platforms
- Maintain project files, footage, and documentation
