Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, partner/channel management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of referral and affiliate program mechanics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting CRM and performance data.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
- Familiarity with affiliate/partner management platforms (e.g., Impact.com).
- Working knowledge of small business lending products (term loans, lines of credit, revenue-based financing).
- Self-starter capable of working in an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of strategic and referral partners.
- Own the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, activation, ramp-up, and ongoing retention.
- Establish consistent engagement routines and proactive touchpoints.
- Resolve partner issues to position the company as a preferred lending partner.
- Continuously audit and improve partner channel workflows and tools.
- Design and refine scalable partner enablement programs including training and co-marketing materials.
- Leverage CRM data to surface insights and surface operational improvements.
- Monitor referral pipeline health and partner performance metrics.
- Deliver performance updates and recommendations to the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
