Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in selling complex software solutions for procurement or procurement consulting.
- Proven track record in selling complex software solutions.
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing multi-year contracts at C-level.
- Value-oriented positioning experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Expert-level knowledge of procurement.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
- Collaborative team player skills.
Responsibilities
- Re-qualify identified opportunities and understand procurement challenges.
- Provide aligned, value-driven propositions of technology solutions.
- Effectively communicate value propositions tailored to prospect needs.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Argue value to the existing pipeline and initiate account activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and processes.
