Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling complex software solutions.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and closing multi-year contracts at C-level.
  • Value-oriented positioning experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Expert-level knowledge of procurement.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Collaborative team player skills.

Responsibilities

  • Re-qualify identified opportunities and understand procurement challenges.
  • Provide aligned, value-driven propositions of technology solutions.
  • Effectively communicate value propositions tailored to prospect needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Argue value to the existing pipeline and initiate account activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies and processes.
