- 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel roles in B2B SaaS
- 3+ years leading partner programs or teams in high-growth environments
- Proven success building and scaling channel, revenue, and integration partner motions
- Track record in sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding partners
- Experience designing incentive structures, enablement programs, and attribution models
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ecosystem mapping and prioritization capability
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking KPIs
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders like GCs/CLOs and VC partners
Responsibilities
- Define and execute end-to-end partner strategy
- Build and scale channel, referral, and reseller revenue partnerships
- Manage VC-led high-influence referral channels
- Drive ecosystem and integration partnerships to embed GC AI into workflows
- Enable partner operations and performance tracking
- Provide market intelligence on legal tech and AI trends
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
