  • Proven success building and scaling channel, revenue, and integration partner motions
  • Track record in sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding partners
  • Experience designing incentive structures, enablement programs, and attribution models
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ecosystem mapping and prioritization capability
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking KPIs
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders like GCs/CLOs and VC partners

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute end-to-end partner strategy
  • Build and scale channel, referral, and reseller revenue partnerships
  • Manage VC-led high-influence referral channels
  • Drive ecosystem and integration partnerships to embed GC AI into workflows
  • Enable partner operations and performance tracking
  • Provide market intelligence on legal tech and AI trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
