Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of projects.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, delays, and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership mindset with strong accountability.
  • Experience managing onboarding forecasting and project reporting.
  • Comfortable navigating customer pushback and driving accountability.
  • Technical aptitude in workflows, configurations, integrations, and data migration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff through activation.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the onboarding process.
  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain customer momentum and drive milestone completion.
  • Track project progress in Salesforce and GuideCX.
  • Coordinate configuration tasks, data collection, and testing activities.
  • Identify and escalate project risks or blockers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Success teams.
  • Maintain organizational discipline across a portfolio of projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements and onboarding enablement.
