Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success.
- Ability to independently manage a high-volume portfolio of projects.
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, delays, and competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mindset with strong accountability.
- Experience managing onboarding forecasting and project reporting.
- Comfortable navigating customer pushback and driving accountability.
- Technical aptitude in workflows, configurations, integrations, and data migration.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer onboarding projects from kickoff through activation.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain customer momentum and drive milestone completion.
- Track project progress in Salesforce and GuideCX.
- Coordinate configuration tasks, data collection, and testing activities.
- Identify and escalate project risks or blockers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Success teams.
- Maintain organizational discipline across a portfolio of projects.
- Contribute to process improvements and onboarding enablement.
