Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency environment
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers
  • Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a willingness to adopt and maximize new technologies
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar ATS required
  • Familiarity with G Suite, Monday.com, BrightHire, and Grayscale strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Polished, professional presence with the ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders and external stakeholders
  • Excellent customer focus with a positive, consultative service attitude
  • Proven ability to be highly organized and prioritize work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate passion for learning and applying new knowledge
  • Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting end-to-end, from intake through offer and onboarding, across multiple concurrent high-volume requisitions
  • Conduct high-volume video interviews, assess candidates against role requirements, and provide structured recommendations to hiring managers and clients
  • Partner directly with C-suite executives and client hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and guide hiring decisions with data-driven insights
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency, improve candidate matching, streamline workflow automation, and reduce time-to-fill
  • Facilitate calendar management and scheduling of internal and external interviews; manage candidates through offer negotiations
  • Support hiring team debriefs with internal teams and/or clients
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up, detailed communication, and consistent touchpoints
  • Utilize Greenhouse ATS to maintain candidate records and track pipeline status
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Act as a brand ambassador by leading external recruiting activities and supporting HR and Marketing in developing branded collateral
