Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in a finance, analytics, or business operations role.
- Strong business acumen with ability to connect financial data to operational reality.
- Solid analytical and Excel skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms is a plus.
- Comfortable working with large datasets.
- Ability to build structured, repeatable reporting outputs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work across finance, technology, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly and quarterly reporting across capital markets funding structures.
- Manage and analyze large datasets to support fund reporting.
- Build and maintain reporting templates for funding structures.
- Partner with technology teams to drive reporting automation.
- Support FP&A, treasury, and cash forecasting activities.
- Liaise with Corporate Finance, Treasury, Asset Management, and Accounting.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows and data processes.
