Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, patient recruitment, or clinical trial operations
- Solid understanding of patient recruitment strategies and the clinical trial ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools
Responsibilities
- Support Trial Strategy Leads in preparing end-to-end client proposals and deliverables
- Analyze RFPs and related documentation to identify scope, deliverables, timelines, and compliance needs
- Build and maintain proposal foundations using approved templates and historical data
- Coordinate inputs across Sales, Partnerships, Trial Strategy, Operations, and Marketing teams
- Maintain and improve proposal content libraries, templates, and documentation systems
- Support quality assurance, data visualization, and final review processes
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to optimize proposal workflows
- Identify and contribute to process improvements
