Requirements
- 3-7+ years of GTM recruiting experience.
- 1-3 years of internal SaaS recruiting experience.
- Expertise in recruiting for technical roles including Engineering, Product, and Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of full-stack, frontend, backend, data, SDET, QA/QE, and mobile roles.
- Experience recruiting in Javascript/AWS tech stacks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify top talent using diverse channels.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines.
- Report on recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and conversion rates.
- Partner with HR on offer negotiation and onboarding.
