Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in customer-facing digital products.
- Experience in Investments, Savings and Funding Products, Fintech, Digital Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Marketplaces.
- Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, and optimising digital products.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and analytics teams in an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric product development and product discovery practices.
- Experience balancing commercial goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Strategic thinker with strong business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Investments & Funding domain.
- Identify growth opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead products through the entire lifecycle, from discovery and validation to launch and optimisation.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise initiatives based on customer impact, business value, risk, and effort.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, motivations, and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver product initiatives.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
