Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a non-profit setting (preferred).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in partnership marketing (plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present effectively to large, cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of campaign plans and execute activation elements for MAW national drive periods.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders across the organization to align on business objectives and campaign needs.
  • Produce alignment documents and creative brief recommendations.
  • Translate campaign objectives into strategy recommendations for social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing.
  • Work with creative resources on development of campaign content and advertising assets.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Alliances on partner deliverables.
  • Conduct periodic campaign reviews and optimize campaign resources.
  • Collect performance data and generate action-oriented reports.
  • Support budgeting, billing, RFPs, and agency/vendor management.
