Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a non-profit setting (preferred).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to execute projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in partnership marketing (plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present effectively to large, cross-functional audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support development of campaign plans and execute activation elements for MAW national drive periods.
- Liaise with various stakeholders across the organization to align on business objectives and campaign needs.
- Produce alignment documents and creative brief recommendations.
- Translate campaign objectives into strategy recommendations for social media, earned media, and entertainment marketing.
- Work with creative resources on development of campaign content and advertising assets.
- Coordinate with Corporate Alliances on partner deliverables.
- Conduct periodic campaign reviews and optimize campaign resources.
- Collect performance data and generate action-oriented reports.
- Support budgeting, billing, RFPs, and agency/vendor management.
