- 5+ years of "manager of managers" experience
- Proven track record of leading large organizations (50+) through rapid growth
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to navigate complex problem solving
- Tech fluency with experience utilizing AI-driven tools
- Experience building structured frameworks and feedback loops
Responsibilities
- Manage and scale the Planning Leadership Team, coaching managers to be developers of talent.
- Oversee the strategic health and capacity of the entire organization.
- Serve as the VP’s operational proxy, leading the management layer independently.
- Own core delivery metrics including pod NPS, planner capacity, and member action on advice.
- Lead the organization through the adoption of new technology and AI tools.
- Ensure consistent high-quality member experiences at every touchpoint.
- Translate complex business strategies into organizational action.
