Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or active progress toward CFP
- Experience using financial planning software such as eMoney
- Strong understanding of tax, estate, insurance, investments, and employee benefits
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial planning cases for clients and prospects, typically within the $5M–$15M asset range
- Develop, analyze, and refine comprehensive financial plans and wealth management strategies
- Participate in client and internal planning calls, including debrief sessions and role plays
- Maintain and enhance client financial plans using planning tools
- Gather and organize client data in preparation for planning meetings
- Contribute to thought leadership and content development, including webinars and articles
- Support business development efforts by identifying prospects
- Engage in ongoing client reviews and strategy updates
- Collaborate with senior planners and cross-functional teams
