Requirements
- Proven experience (5–8+ years) in software engineering with strong exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks for AI/LLM-powered systems.
- Strong backend development skills in Python (FastAPI or similar) or TypeScript.
- Ability to lead technical direction and take ownership of products from concept to production.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Growth mindset with strong curiosity for AI advancements and emerging research.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and implementation of AI-powered products from ideation through production deployment.
- Architect scalable backend and AI systems using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based patterns.
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks to assess performance and reliability of LLM-driven applications.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Build internal and client-facing AI tools, including MVPs, automation systems, and productivity-enhancing applications.
- Ensure systems are production-ready, scalable, and aligned with real-world customer needs.
- Contribute to hiring processes, technical interviews, and team growth initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and help establish strong engineering practices across AI projects.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high standards of delivery and communication.
