Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Minimum of 1 year of commercial insurance experience.
  • Proven experience in people management, ideally leading managers or multi-level teams in a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills with a mentoring-first approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experience working in KPI-driven environments with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet and participate in daily video meetings.
  • Demonstrated ability to act with initiative, sound judgment, and minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Managers, ensuring consistent performance, engagement, and adherence to service standards across all client accounts.
  • Oversee operational quality through regular audits, KPI tracking, and compliance reviews, escalating issues when performance gaps are identified.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and participate in leadership meetings to report on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage workforce planning activities including hiring collaboration, PTO oversight, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Act as a key escalation point for client issues, operational challenges, and team performance concerns while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, internal policies, audit requirements, and servicing standards across all teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of new operational processes and organizational changes.
