Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, tech, or high-performance sales environments.
  • Proven success in building and growing broker or partner relationships that generate consistent revenue or loan volume.
  • Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth.
  • Confident user of CRM systems, sales tools, and automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” approach to building new relationships and closing opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a high-performing broker pipeline across your assigned territory.
  • Educate and pitch low-deposit home loan products, clearly articulating credit policy and eligibility requirements.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with mortgage brokers and convert them into long-term advocates.
  • Manage loan scenarios and actively progress deals through the sales and lending pipeline.
  • Represent the business at industry events, partner sessions, and broker engagements.
  • Drive awareness and market engagement to strengthen brand presence and broker adoption.
