Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, fintech, tech, or high-performance sales environments.
- Proven success in building and growing broker or partner relationships that generate consistent revenue or loan volume.
- Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account growth.
- Confident user of CRM systems, sales tools, and automation platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Highly organised with strong pipeline management and CRM discipline.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” approach to building new relationships and closing opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a high-performing broker pipeline across your assigned territory.
- Educate and pitch low-deposit home loan products, clearly articulating credit policy and eligibility requirements.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with mortgage brokers and convert them into long-term advocates.
- Manage loan scenarios and actively progress deals through the sales and lending pipeline.
- Represent the business at industry events, partner sessions, and broker engagements.
- Drive awareness and market engagement to strengthen brand presence and broker adoption.
