Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful enterprise SaaS closing experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Strong ability to operate independently with high levels of ownership, discipline, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience using sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Experience selling into procurement, finance, IT, or legal stakeholders is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close, ensuring consistent revenue growth across assigned territories.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline by leveraging outbound prospecting, networking, marketing leads, and sales intelligence tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, delivering tailored product demonstrations and ROI-driven value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve sales processes, and align solutions with customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools, ensuring transparency and performance visibility.
  • Contribute to scaling best practices within the sales organization and supporting a high-performance culture.
