Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital campaign management, digital marketing, or digital project management, preferably in an agency or in-house environment.
- Proven ability to contribute to and execute digital strategy, including segmentation, channel planning, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as email, SMS, advertising platforms, and fundraising or marketing automation systems.
- Experience building and managing campaigns such as emails, landing pages, donation forms, and related digital assets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience creating dashboards and interpreting performance data for clients.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results clearly to stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and/or fundraising is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Marketing Suite, Asana, Monday.com, or Power BI is a plus.
- Experience working with mission-driven, advocacy, or values-based organizations is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of digital fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and performance benchmarks.
- Contribute to digital strategy development including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, channel mix, and donor journey design.
- Translate client goals into structured campaign plans with defined KPIs, testing strategies, and optimization roadmaps.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including setup, asset coordination, platform execution, and quality assurance across all touchpoints.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports, transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and consistent campaign quality.
- Participate in client meetings, presenting results, strategic recommendations, and ongoing optimization opportunities.
