Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in digital campaign management or project management
- Experience executing digital fundraising or performance marketing campaigns
- Understanding of email marketing, SMS, digital advertising, and audience targeting
- Experience creating digital assets like landing pages and donation forms
- Ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with project management platforms like Asana or Monday.com
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and contribute to comprehensive digital fundraising and marketing strategies
- Translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans with clearly defined KPIs
- Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns
- Manage campaign administration, including project setup and tracking systems
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on all deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Facilitate client meetings and present strategic recommendations
- Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and fundraising best practices
