Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital campaign management or project management
  • Experience executing digital fundraising or performance marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of email marketing, SMS, digital advertising, and audience targeting
  • Experience creating digital assets like landing pages and donation forms
  • Ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with project management platforms like Asana or Monday.com
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and contribute to comprehensive digital fundraising and marketing strategies
  • Translate client objectives into actionable campaign plans with clearly defined KPIs
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns
  • Manage campaign administration, including project setup and tracking systems
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on all deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
  • Facilitate client meetings and present strategic recommendations
  • Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and fundraising best practices
