Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong academic or professional background in communications, journalism, business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in conference production, event programming, content development, journalism, communications, or similar roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into structured event content and agendas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives and industry leaders.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple events or priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for onsite conference execution and event support.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of assigned conferences, including topic research, agenda development, speaker acquisition, and event execution.
  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify trends, emerging themes, and audience needs to shape relevant and high-value conference content.
  • Develop structured, compelling conference agendas aligned with industry priorities and sponsor expectations.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with senior executives, speakers, moderators, and industry experts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, sponsorship, audience development, and operations to ensure successful event delivery and growth.
  • Oversee onsite conference execution, including session moderation, speaker management, and event flow support when required.
  • Track event performance and contribute to strategies that enhance attendance, engagement, and sponsorship outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of speaker communications, schedules, and event progress within internal systems and CRM tools.
