Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in DTC subscription apps.
- Track record of managing $1M+ budgets.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads campaign types (Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube).
- Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing.
- Strong grasp of visual creative formats for high-performing ads.
- Expert command of bid strategies and audience strategy.
- Understanding of UX fundamentals to improve conversion rates.
- Highly analytical with experience in Excel, BI tools like Tableau, and GA4.
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-volume creative testing at scale turning winning creatives into high-performing assets.
- Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube.
- Build and test sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies and audience architectures.
- Monitor performance KPIs and turn data into actionable next steps that drive growth.
- Proactively recommend UX/funnel improvements grounded in data and user behaviour.
- Monitor industry and competitive trends and translate insights into testing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the PPC team across apps for best-practice exchange.
- Use automation and analytics solutions to optimize campaign management efficiency.
