Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience with strong results in DTC subscription apps.
  • Track record of managing $1M+ budgets.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads campaign types (Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube).
  • Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing.
  • Strong grasp of visual creative formats for high-performing ads.
  • Expert command of bid strategies and audience strategy.
  • Understanding of UX fundamentals to improve conversion rates.
  • Highly analytical with experience in Excel, BI tools like Tableau, and GA4.
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume creative testing at scale turning winning creatives into high-performing assets.
  • Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns with a focus on Demand Gen, GDA, and YouTube.
  • Build and test sophisticated campaign structures, bid strategies and audience architectures.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and turn data into actionable next steps that drive growth.
  • Proactively recommend UX/funnel improvements grounded in data and user behaviour.
  • Monitor industry and competitive trends and translate insights into testing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the PPC team across apps for best-practice exchange.
  • Use automation and analytics solutions to optimize campaign management efficiency.
