Requirements
- 4–6+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Engineering
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, optimization)
- Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar)
- Experience building and maintaining data models and pipelines
- Proven ownership of production reporting and data quality
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AWS stack (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, etc.)
- Familiarity with dbt, Airflow, or modern ELT frameworks
- Experience in marketing analytics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels, retention)
Responsibilities
- Ensure dashboards and reports are accurate, reliable, and available
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and SLAs for critical reporting assets
- Design and optimize SQL transformations and data models
- Improve performance of datasets and reporting queries
- Centralize business logic in the data layer
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
- Implement data validation checks and anomaly detection
- Define and maintain key metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels)
- Partner with Marketing and commercial teams to generate insights
