Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of pharma laboratory workflows.
- Knowledge of QC, analytical testing, method validation, or GMP regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50%) within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Sell Agilent products and solutions including CrossLab Services to pharma and biopharma customers.
- Drive revenue growth across assigned accounts in Chungcheong Province.
- Develop and execute account strategies for pharma, biopharma, API, and CDMO customers.
- Promote Agilent systems, software, and services while informing customers of new products.
- Identify customer needs in QC, QA, R&D, and manufacturing environments.
- Create and monitor lead generation and opportunity pipeline plans.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through sales engagement.
- Encourage use of Agilent digital tools and online sales platforms.
