Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Science, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of pharma laboratory workflows.
  • Knowledge of QC, analytical testing, method validation, or GMP regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (50%) within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Agilent products and solutions including CrossLab Services to pharma and biopharma customers.
  • Drive revenue growth across assigned accounts in Chungcheong Province.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for pharma, biopharma, API, and CDMO customers.
  • Promote Agilent systems, software, and services while informing customers of new products.
  • Identify customer needs in QC, QA, R&D, and manufacturing environments.
  • Create and monitor lead generation and opportunity pipeline plans.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through sales engagement.
  • Encourage use of Agilent digital tools and online sales platforms.
