Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Advanced experience in Cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
- Advanced experience in Microsoft 365 / identity platforms.
- Advanced experience in Infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization).
- Advanced experience in Networking and security technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-platform technical issues.
- Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions across on-premise infrastructure, cloud, applications, security, and collaboration platforms.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned technologies, providing Tier 3/4 support and root-cause analysis.
- Lead technical deployments, upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
- Architect and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
- Implement security controls and support technical compliance for frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53/171, FedRAMP, and HIPAA.
- Partner with business units and leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Mentor junior engineers and specialists.
