Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET 6/8 and/or .NET Framework 4.8.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good written and spoken communication in English.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development processes and principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent field of study.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality software solutions (Desktop + Web) using .NET (C#, WPF, Blazor, ASP.NET Core).
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Domain Experts, other Development Teams, and the Software Architect.
- Actively participate in all team activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Contribute to team R&D efforts by bringing innovative ideas and staying updated with industry trends.
- Recommend suitable frameworks, platforms, or technology stacks for implementing solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high product quality.
- Mentor less experienced colleagues.
- Communicate effectively in English within an international team.
