Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, mechanical, or chemical engineering.
- At least 8 years of air quality program and project management experience.
- Thorough knowledge and experience with air regulations.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Advanced degree in engineering (preferred).
- Professional registration such as C.I.H. or P.E (preferred).
- Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead business development and project management for air quality projects.
- Perform emissions quantification, carbon/climate change programs, and environmental impact assessments.
- Provide technical leadership for regulatory analyses (Clean Air Act, GHG programs).
- Deliver consulting services for air permitting (NSR, PSD, Title V, EPCRA).
- Conduct dispersion modeling and health risk assessments.
- Collaborate on energy-related NEPA tasks.
- Manage and mentor staff, providing technical oversight and risk management.
- Support recruiting and training of additional staff.
